Today I’m going to talk about 5 Work From Home Tips – Work From Home Parents

How you start your day will always cycle into how your day turns out.

You ever notice you have those days where it just seems like everything’s going wrong.

You spill coffee on yourself in the beginning of the day, you’re late to work you get to work, your boss is complaining for whatever reason he’s upset with you, and it just keeps going.

You end up saying to yourself I just can’t wait for this day to be over

We’ve all had those days.

I want you to start thinking about how you start your day.

Do not start your day on your phone.

I can’t stress this enough.

I’ve worked with many people and in just making this slight shift
you’ll see a tremendous shift in your day.

When you think about when you first log into your phone, what good news are you’re getting?

A lot of times it’s something stressful, if you’re in debt you’re going to possibly see some emails from some debt collectors, if you’re on Facebook maybe you see someone that just got engaged and you’re not or someone that just had a baby and you’re still trying.

Honestly, that’s what most people use facebook for right?… to compare our lives to theirs which is also not healthy but that’s another topic.

If you think about just the chain of events what happens from that immediate looking at your phone it’s very rare that you’re going to get good news in the morning.

When first looking at your phone even if it’s just the news they usually have the worst headlines up in regards to the worst things that happened the day before.

You don’t want to start your day like that.

You want to start your day as positive as possible so I always recommend starting your day off with meditation.

I know a lot of you mornings are just not the right time for working out.

My suggestion would be implementing a quick 5-10 minute home workout.

I start my day off with an hour of meditation.

Along with a 10 to 20-minute workout.

don’t have time to the gym you don’t have memberships.

I strictly 100% work out from home and I would say I’m as fit
like anyone that’s going to the gym for the past 10 years consistently and doing CrossFit.

That’s my advice tip for you this week is try to shift from looking at your phone first thing in the morning and you’re going to start seeing a change throughout your day by implementing something positive instead of looking at your phone.
