Hi, everyone! I hope you’re doing extremely well today. Today I have another “tip” style video for you, like my sleep tip video I did nearly a year ago (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWLujDSG82Q). This one, instead, focuses on tips for improving mental health, and I have compiled these tips based on what works for ME, personally, a sufferer of anxiety, depression, agoraphobia, and social issues like bullying and relationship woes, so please take my advice with a grain of salt and only apply what might work for you. ^_^ I am not a medical professional. These tips are largely very simple and should not be used in lieu of real professional help if needed.

I decided to pair these tips with a few favorite triggers to make the whole experience more relaxing and enjoyable for all. The asmr triggers you will find here besides soft spoken advice are tapping, a soft lullaby, ear massage and ear touching, a little bit of ear cupping, some ear brushing and ear blowing, as well as scratching the carpet intermittently.
