Hey guys! So in my nutrition studies, I’m noticing more and more how there are so many clinically proven herbal alternatives to so many expensive and sometimes dangerous pharmaceutical drugs our medical system seems to only offer. In this video, I’m briefly introducing essential oils and then giving my top two recommendation for mental clarity, focus, and memory recall. There are multiple ways to administer these oils which include as aromatherapy, mixed in with a carrier oil (coconut oil, olive oil, castor oil, shea butter) which will help to dilute the strong compounds, and the list goes on. I didn’t extensively cover those options but please let this video spark your interest into looking into the world of essential oils even more! 🙂
